MEET KELLY
Licensed Clinical Social Worker
I have spent my career helping individuals and families build connections and grow hope. I have been a social worker in both outpatient and inpatient mental health settings, foster care, and also in a non-profit for people with chronic illness. Before starting my own practice, I provided therapy in a residential treatment center and outpatient agency.
My depth of experience enables me to build trust with people from a variety of backgrounds. I am trained to provide:
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
Dialectical Behavior Therapy
Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy (also known as Attachment Focused Family Therapy)
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR, Trauma Therapy)
I love helping people feel heard and known!

When I’m not working, I find refreshment from time outside, playing sports or board games to feed my competitive spirit, and spending time with my husband and two kids. As a former foster parent, I have a personal and professional passion for kids who have been in foster care or have joined their families through adoption.

Starting therapy can be scary! I've been in your shoes - feeling stuck but not sure if therapy can help. Contact me today for more information - I'm happy to brainstorm with you on what is best for you, your teen, or your child.
