WILL MY HEALTH INSURANCE COVER THERAPY?
I currently accept Kansas Medicaid.Â
I do not accept any other forms of insurance, but can provide a Superbill for you to submit for your own reimbursement.
HOW DO I GET STARTED?
First, we will chat on the phone to get a sense for if I am a good fit for you! (If I am not, I will refer you to someone else!)Â Then, we will meet for an initial assessment where I will ask you questions so we can formulate a plan for your treatment. Then, together we will engage in treatment. Sometimes my clients come to sessions with something on their mind to explore, other times, I will guide the client through processing. I will always show up to our sessions prepared to guide you towards healing. Once you have reached your goals, we will reevaluate together what your next steps could be.
WHAT DOES THERAPY LOOK LIKE?
Addressing daily life stressors and building resilience, while holding in mind your larger healing journey is my job.Â
Your job is to simply show up and be honest.Â
I will prepare for each session ahead of time with activities, questions, assessments, or interventions that I think would serve you, but will be ready to pivot if something pressing is on your mind. You don't have to prepare at all!
